On the website I mentioned,
http://www.hisboyscanswim.com/, the author chronicles pregnancy from the man's point of view. Some of the comments he makes and stories he tells are hilarious and refreshing for me to read having experienced them myself. In one post he wrote how women post comparison pictures of fruits or vegetables that are the same size as the baby week to week. He posted one for men with man-things to compare it to. I'm at 17 weeks now so here's his comparison:
Pregnancy Week 17:
Goaaaaaaaaaal!!! This week your baby is about the size of a hockey puck.
This seems appropriate while the Stanley Cup is going on. Who from Mobile would ever think I would be watching hockey? The final game is tonight and Rob's favorite team, the Pittsburgh Penguins, are playing the Detroit Red Wings.
so funny. all i think about with hockey are people loosing teeth. call you Dr and tell her you'll be finding out the gender of your baby next friday. thanks.
